If one has mobilt bredbånd they cannot use NRK TV at all.NRK eats like a very hungry caterpillar If one has no opportunity to have Fiber/ADSL cannot use NRK If one has no access to radio waves one cannot hear NRK radio If one never has taken a vacation in 7 years but must pay 3000 kr for? If one has not purchased clothing in 7 years but must pay 3000 kr for? If one has so low of an income that they must live in one room because they cannot afford wood or electric but must pay 3000 kr? If one can only have 2 glasses of wine a month from a small bottle? If one must eat gulerter and havregryn? Poor people should be exept from this. I have no problem paying if I had the money but I can only imagine what I would do with 21,000 kr over the past 7 years I lived in Norway without a TV. Poor people should be exempt.
